Our regularly scheduled training runs will be on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. We start at 7:00AM at the south east corner of the Cool Springs Mall parking lot (across from Texas Roadhouse), unless there is a group race on the same day. We will have a brief devotional time and prayer time starting at 6:45. Our training course is setup with some flexibility for those looking to run 3, 4.5, 6, or 7 miles. We all start together with the first split off coming at the 2 mile mark. Bottled water is available at the run. Dollar donations to the water fund are appreciated.
