Since the 7th grade, running has been a part of my life and something I did regularly with my dad, brother, and sister. It continues to be a passion of mine as I found it was one of the many ways the Lord has gifted me to worship Him with. Thankfully Richard and I were connected divinely to unite our desires and prayers for a ministry/group to come about that would allow us to bring glory and fame to God through running! In addition to the blessing of being a part of God’s story through Christian Runners, I work with a company based in Atlanta called Corporate Sports that manages fitness centers in the Atlanta area. I am specifically located at Cox Enterprises where I love interacting, building relationships, and ultimately helping working adults change and maintain healthy lifestyles. My family is nearby and I regularly enjoy spending time with them. I have 4 little ones in my life that are like my own but are my sweet niece and nephews. Along with running I enjoy cycling and recently have taken on swimming. I love anything active to do and just love soaking up every day the Lord provides!
